Although they acknowledged the issues from the sub-contractor cutting corners, that repairs were needed & landscaping was to be completed, there has been OVER 1 YEAR OF NOTHING BUT WORDS & EXCUSES. Deal with one of them, he then assigns the job to the other playing a 'good guy - bad guy' game, until they all go into hiding, stop answering calls, responding to voice-mails, texts & emails. When they leave you with a lousy & unfinished job, but post pictures all summer about the ‘great’ jobs they finish, they can only have ZERO integrity.
