Contacted Furnace and AC as I needed to replace the furnace. While I didn't get a chance to meet w Asif in person, he provided a very competitive quote and was very patient and detailed in explaining everything via phone and email (throughout the day and night). Was able to schedule me in for an installation appointment within a day or two. Sumit and Kain arrived on time and were very polite. They did an excellent installation job, cleaned up the work area, and ensured there were no damages to the house/floor when moving the old and new furnace. Asif, Sumit and Kain - it was a pleasure dealing with you guys and thank you for such a pleasant experience.

Basement wall were chipping and called Aqua Tech for an assessment and estimate. Larry was extremely knowledgeable and honest. He was thorough in his inspection and assessment identifying the root cause of the issue. He offered great advice and did not try to sell me services I did not need. He also took the time to inspect the rest of the foundation and identified a crack at another part of the house and advised that I monitor it to see if leaks and went through the possible options. While I didn't need any services at this point in time, I really appreciate Larry's honesty, providing great advice and oh yeah, he arrived on time. Would definitely reach out to Larry and Aqua Tech again and recommend to friends and family. Thanks again.

Furnace wasn't working properly - constantly shutting off and no hot air when it did blow. Called Sam on Monday and was available following day. Quickly diagnosed the problem and unclogged the piping - no parts required. Charged a regular service call. Sam was nice and courteous so highly recommend and will use again in the future. Thanks Sam.

Great communication and movers were one of the friendliest and professional. Was able to complete move as scheduled despite snow storm. Also provided great advice to care for the piano. Will definitely recommend them to others.
