Absolute terrible experience dealing with Lando Lighting! It has now been 8 months since we paid a grand total of 20 Thousand for chandeliers and still haven't received the complete order as of yet. Managers and Owners are not responsible enough to update customers on the status of the order and expect the customer to call for an update. Numerous times we have been told "the products will arrive next week"... ''Next week'' came and went without the products or even a lousy phone call explaining the situation. Other times we have been ''the manager will call you back shortly'' .... It's now been 3 months and have yet to hear back from them. Clearly this business non-trustworthy so save yourself the headache beautiful people and shop elsewhere!. Competitors might be a little expensive but at least they are professional... peace of mind takes the cake always.
