We bought a house with this builder, and everything from the beginning has been very difficult. Customer service is very very poor. They never reply to our emails on time. They keep giving pandemic as an excuse for everything. The people who come to fix things do not follow any pandemic protocols, like wearing masks properly, using our washrooms without our permission, not finishing the job completely on the first visit, etc., .On the whole our experience with Gold Park Homes is a bitter one.
