RJ in Calgary

Sent Qualiglass an email requesting to purchase parts for their windows and the response has been stalling tactics and no replies after several attempts to get the parts. Finally did a search on the company at a registry office and contacted the owner because I thought she had an issue with staff. Apparently she was one of the people that was the worst at communication. This has gone on for 5.5 months with no parts. I have all the emails as I like to have a paper trail in case she wants to deny it. Wished that I had read the reviews on this company before purchasing their windows. Buyer beware.
