We needed an electrician to come to fix a few small problems at our rental property. Amazingly, Neil able to come the next day! He suggested we get a new light fixture just in case he wasn't able to fix the existing one, which would save us money in terms of him having to come back again. He quickly fixed the issues we were having, but also took care to explain what he was doing. Neil also paid particular attention to detail and made sure that all of the light switches he'd been working on were level on the wall and flush in the panel, which was fantastic! Last but not least, Neil is just a sweetheart of a guy-- I would absolutely have felt comfortable leaving him to work in our home while we were out. A dependable, trustworthy, detail-oriented electrician!

Laurenzo came to service all of the boilers in our four unit strata. He coordinated with DuctDudes so that both companies could come on the same day and service everything, which made for a scheduling dream for us! Not only was Laurenzo punctual and friendly, but he was knowledgeable and wanted to make sure that I understood what he had done during the service work and what needed to be done in the future. He explained everything carefully, answered all of my questions, and seemed to pay a great deal of attention to the details. I would highly recommend Westmount!

Jason came to service all of the gas fireplaces and dryer vents and ductwork in our four unit strata. He made it easy for us to schedule a day where he could work on all four units, rather than having to come back on separate days for each one. He also coordinated schedules with Westmount Heating so that we could ALSO have our boilers serviced at the same time. A scheduling nightmare for any company, but Jason rose to the occasion. I couldn't believe the amount of lint that came out of our dryer ducts... I was quite horrified at the amount of build-up! Jason told us about the hazards of this (i.e. potential for the dryer to stop working, or worse-- a fire), and will certainly be having him back to do the same service in two years. Jason was very easy to work with-- communicative, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and very reasonably priced. I ABSOLUTELY would recommend him!
