Bird in chimney and Furnace inspection
Heard bird in furnace chimney in morning, called and a technician was sent out by noon. Was almost time for furnace and humidifier inspection so was able to have that completed at the same time. Bird got out himself just before Gil got here!

Garage door not opening consistently
We called on a Friday late afternoon and technician was out on the Monday morning, right at the given appointment time. Tightened springs and chain and lubricated door and it works great. Other company that we called first felt that we would need a new garage door opener just from the phone call description and said the service call to just come out and check was over $100 an hour. Glad we went with Stampede Overhead.

Service on Phantom screen door
Had a new screen and latching system installed on my older Phantom screen in Feb. of this year. It wasn't sliding properly so after a call on Wed., they were out on Thurs., and right on time for the appt that was made. Works great now and very impressed with the prompt and timely service, also no charge for the adjustment.
Replacement of 75 gal hot water heater
Jason and his helper were very knowledgeable, polite, and cleaned-up the work site well after the project was finished. When I requested a quote on the job I was given a price that was competitive the first time, without having to negotiate based on quotes given by other companies that promised to match or beat pricing. Well done!
