Mitsu A/C - For our annual Belyea preventative service on 2 Units, Julio was his efficient self, fine work, pleasant guy. Even came early, with a phone call....we recommend Julio and Belyea. In JUNE 2019 we had Julio in for our annual service on our 2 MITSU A/C ductless units; it was evident that the 14-year-old lower unit was too tired to use, and too expensive to fix. We opted for a replacement with a MITSU Heat Pump in lieu of the old A/C only unit. After a all-encompassing analysis by Belyea's system consultant David, we selected this new unit, which comprised a new inside and outside installations. The crew of Damien and Josh arrived as planned and completed the installations by lunch time. Looks good, was cleanly done, pleasant young fellows....nice overall job. Give them a raise. Belyea tech Julio arrived on time, donned his booties, and quietly went to work doing our annual Maintenance service on our 2 Mitsu ductless air conditioners. Well done....amiable young man too. Good stuff.

Our annual Belyea Bros maintenance on our 2 Mitsubishi Ductless Air Conditioners was done today. The delicate service work was performed by John Currie, who is a polite, accomplished young man. The maintenance was done with care and pride. He's a keeper ! We appreciate it. Give him a raise.....

We dealt with Milton at T.J. partly due to his apparent glowing reviews....however, upon actually having the reupholstering completed, we were in total agreement with his deserved high ratings. Milton provided superior quality results, and was detail-oriented in his approach, and reached-out for customer interaction. His patience with us was appreciated too. Maybe it's Milton's new bride that makes him smile so much ! Good work.
