The original owner was 1 of the best contractors I have ever experienced in any field anywhere. For those of you who dealt with him when your roof was installed, please realize that since he passed away and his relative has taken over the company, you are not dealing with their reputational quality and service. Quality - my roof is 3 years old and huge chunks of shingles flew off in yesterday's windstorm. Same thing happened last year and we did not even have winds as bad as yesterday. Had a roof inspection just after installation and was advised of incorrect installation around vent stacks. Tried contacting current owner - he will never return your call. So if you have fond memories of the old quality quality and service - forget it. There is no quality or service with the current management.
