Terry and his crew (Jacob and Mekhi) were SO wonderful, truly one of the best folks out there and very pleasant to work with. Would be scoring the services more than a 10/10 if I could - as Terry far exceeded our expectations. Words cannot even describe how grateful our family is for his dedication, commitment, attention to details, patience and always having a smile on his face to deliver excellent work. Terry truly takes pride in his work and is top notch professional in every aspect. Due to the weather, our start date for the work was delayed and Terry would keep me up to date as we anxiously prayed that snowfall would not come so soon. Despite the coldness, he did not rush his jobs so quality was not compromised. Terry and his team takes the time to explain the process, are very experienced and ensures that nothing is overlooked. For instance, Jacob ensured that electrical wires linked to our lighting system were kept away from the rain and would flag it for our attention. Terry listened attentively and always made sure measurements are to the tee, holding tools and rulers in the cold temperatures. This is truly a committed company that respects and values their clients as if you are their long-time friends. The final product looked speechlessly better than the originals in terms of both the workmanship and the quality of the wood. My neighbors were very pleased as well. Definitely a SOLID team and company to work with. Was truly a pleasure to work with Terry (as well as meeting furry pals: Teddy and Sandy). Would not hesitate to recommend to any family and friends!
