This was a new piano delivery (the moving cost was buried in the purchase price) that had a low clearance of 59 1/2” down eight stairs to the basement. Braymore removed the grand piano lid, keyboard, and skid, and on a double furniture pad slid it tail first with probably less than a half inch to spare. No damage to the piano, walls, or stairs! Although I had to sign a damage waiver, which was completely understandable, the crew chief’s confident manner and professionalism put me at ease. They know what they’re doing! A big thanks to team leader Josh, plus Kabi, Jacob, and Gary. I wouldn’t think of using anyone else.
