We purchased a hot tub had to wait 7 months. This was due to covid s tat was understandable. After delivery they came out for a show and tell the guy that came went over it with my wife and said he could come back another time to show me. I called storey times to have him come back out and all 3 times he was too call me back to set a time up but never did hear from him. I really hope this isn't the way thier service is when something happens.
