I called to get an inspection done for legal purposes. They sent Gerry to do the inspection. Shortly after he arrived, he claimed his co2 censor stopped working, probably because he couldn't find any emissions to make his claims valid. He then proceeded to say he had to shut gas off because of safety issues but that we wouldn't be able to get a replacement until Tuesday, this was on a Friday. It's December, and I have kids. I got a second opinion and was told that nothing Gerry stated was true, he was just taking advantage of us for a quick sale. I will never use this company again. They take advantage anywhere they can. If you get them to give you a quote, get a second opinion..
