We hired Cheresh to build our approximately 1500 sqaure foot garage on a wet piece of land on our property. He was not satisfied until he was convinced that the site was properly prepared to accommodate a solid foundation. David's attention to detail regarding the foundation, drainage, design, and quality building practices was second to none. He, and his crews (sub-contractors) at every stage of the build were skilled, professional, approachable, knowledgeable and met David's high quality standards. David kept us informed throughout the build during the challenging time of Covid when supplies and labour were in short supply. His vast experience makes him well equipped to make recommendations and we learned the hard way to listen generously to his suggestions. We are very happy with our garage/art studio.
