Avoid this Company - Horrid customer service
I selected this company to replace all our windows. I will start by saying the quality of the product is very good. That is NOT the issue. The issue is their horrendous service. From delay after delay for installation, to wrong product being installed to continually being misleading about timelines and replacing product to not accepting responsibility for THEIR error. The frustration of dealing with this company isn't worth it. Had we known their customer service was this bad and they they fail to accept responsibility for their errors or continual dismissal of real complaints or compensation. They aren't worth the stress. I would recommend finding a local door and window company that stands behind what they sell. This company most doesn't, especially if you're in Western Canada. Just as a reminder to their management, Canada continues beyond the Ontario border!
