Fernando of GS Design provided all of the arch drawings and registered all of the permits as well as dealt with city inspectors to ensure all codes and bylaws were followed. Design was exceptionally functional and aesthetic and has been solid for the last 16 years and counting. The service was fast and extremely helpful and honest which is hard to find these days. I was so satisfied with that project that 11 years later I retained his services yet again to design my enclosed patio extension. As both a person and businessman, Fernando is five stars.
