It is with great pleasure that I write this comment about John's company. We wanted to have our condominium apartment renovated completely. It had to be painted, carpeted and the bathrooms completely gutted and redone. It was a very large job, as my husband and I are senior citizens in our seventies. John's name was recommended to us by the condominium management. We were impressed with John's personality when we met him. His caring and considerate attitude made us feel confident about entrusting him with the project. He discussed finances, timelines and other details with honesty and consideration. John helped us by making suggestions, purchasing the materials with us and storing it in his care as we had no space. The time projection for the job was three weeks. All furniture was taken out and stored by the company. We stayed in Toronto for one week and then went out of city. The team kept in contact. If something did not work out, it was replaced. Whatever was needed, got done and we were in our apartment on time. What we found unique was the coordination, cooperation and comradery that existed among the team members and trades people. Darrel was in charge of the project, Debbie, Evan and Joshua were with him. Mike installed the carpets. Warren custom made my washroom vanity and retouched the furniture. The office personnel Trish and others were very co-operative. The workmanship in every area was excellent. They all took pride in their work and displayed true professionalism. The place was left nice and clean. What makes this company outstanding is the caring attitude of all the people. They walked an extra mile to make us comfortable during this busy time. With their true professional expertise, kind and caring attitude, a project that could have been most arduous and strenuous turned out to be a pleasant and worthwhile experience. Thanks a lot John, Darrel, Debbie and others for the super job. We would not hesitate to strongly recommend your firm to anyone who is in need of such work.
