Last winter did some major damages to our windows. We were debating between canadian windows and Reiner's windows. We decided to have Reiner's passive windows. Fibreglass frame, beautiful, solid, tilt-pull system, triple-pane and air tight. Simply amazingly beautiful. We had the bay and patio door laminated against vandalism and theft. Cost was probably cheaper than canadian for the same quality Windows. We had 12 windows, bay window, patio door and a large family room window replaced. We also had these great shutters. We love them in our room. Makes the room pitch black if you want even with full shining sun. Made of aluminum and also great for blocking winds and noise. Our house is definite warmer, especially our daughter's room which was always cold in winter. You could feel the draft before, now there is no draft. The cost for all these windows included installation and painting etc. You must however wait since they are custom made from Germany. "Great things come to those who wait" definitely well worth the wait. We are so glad to choose the passive windows. Thanks, Reiner, for your professionalism and honesty ( something that is seriously lacking in this renovation industry.) I do NOT recommend doing renovation without Reiner advice. He is more than a coach. He will make any renovation a peace of mind. We had done a major third floor addition. Needless to say his involvement was critical to make it feasible. Again thanks for the windows.

Recently had all windows changed with Reiner' s windows triple panes from Germany. Last winter damaged many of the windows. Reiner's windows are customer made from Germany. Worth the wait. About two months. Amazing windows. Fibreglass frame, well made very beautiful. Triple pane is outstanding. Reiner made the process from measuring, ordering, delivery and installation- very professional as usual. Had Reiner before for a major renovation. Recommend Reiner again. He makes renovation with peace of mind.

Outstanding service, extremely competent, and a true professional from planning, getting permits, troubleshooting, advice to finishing. We did an addition attic where the roof was removed and also upgraded the kitchen. Reiner is always there for you and answers all concerns/questions in no time. Most important he ensures the jobs of the subcontractors are done properly. If not he will have the jobs redone. He is well connected and able to provide the appropriate expertise for any jobs. He has great advice and is up to date with the latest materials in construction. We had done some previous renovations and I wish there were more professionals like Reiner. His expertise is to fix the mess other contractors have done. I certainly recommend Reiner for new and messed up renovations.
