The salesman was not honest with us , telling us is was ready to plug and play when it was not and with no cable ( had to pay for a electrician ) and no cover , that was delivered later But the customer service is really Great

Sorry that happened Ginette. We've addressed this with the salesman and appreciate your understanding. He was not aware that even though this spa model can run 110v it is not configured to that. I'm glad we could work it out and hope you are enjoying your new hot tub!!
