We had sliding doors installed. The metal skin on the outside is bubbling. The warranty they post on the internet says LIFETIME. Pella hides behind voicemail and emails. Save your money and go with someone that supports what they build.

I called this company for a service call (no heat) and was the told the furnace needed to be replaced. He gave me a quote and said this is the best price....I trusted the guy, big mistake. I found out about a month later i over paid by $1500. They won't even return my call.
