I had Ryder install a new roof. Within the warranty period, there was a leak in my dining room. I called several times and left messages but they were never returned. The company I had to hire showed that the original install was incorrect and could lead to future problems. Ryder were easy to get a hold of when I wanted a new roof but impossible to get a hold of when work is needed within warranty. Do not recommend!
