I was looking for someone to repair our dryer that all of a sudden wasn't working. I found this company here on HomeStars and decided to contact it given all the 10/10 reviews. Well I'm glad I did. Roman answered my call right away and set up the appointment. He not only came over exactly the same day and time he said he would, but he also came back on the day he said he expected the part he ordered to arrive in order to fix the problem. It was simply a knob to be replaced, but at least we were able to find someone who was able to replace it promptly and at a fair price considering others charge more just for a simple service call. It beats having to buy a new dryer for a simple knob that was no longer good. I will definitely give Roman a call if we should need another repair in the future.

We needed a new storm door and a new front door, and so we chose HTR Windows and Doors because of all the great reviews we read on HomeStars. We weren't disappointed. From Hy who came over to estimate the costs, to Vitaly who installed the doors, to Igor, all were friendly, professional, and easy to talk to and to contact if needed. We are very happy with the work done and the doors look wonderful. Vitaly also thoroughly cleaned up along the way while working, something I've never seen from other installers. In the near future we will also replace our bedroom windows and HTR will be the company we are trusting to do the work. Top-notch company! ~ Max
