After finding some major foundation damage, we needed to get a better scope of the repairs needed. After consulting with Dan, we went ahead with 3 test holes around our foundation. Though we had heard nothin but good things, we were a little disappointed. The site was left messy, the holes weren't big enough for our engineer to get into them, the test holes did not go down far enough, bor did they allow us to see the full scope of the damage. dan and his guys worked very quickly and were quite friendly. However, paying $1000 just for digging holes (for back-filling or cleanig up) was much too much in my opinon and based on the estimates from others. Sorry guys, just not up to expectations.

After finding some very large cracks in our newly purchased home, Dave answered our first call and put many of our fears at ease. He gave us some wonderful advice and guidance on next steps (all before we even contracted him!). He was flexible in his time to do an estimate, the estimate was very fair, and he was able to fit us in very quickly to avoid any winter problems. His team was great and put up with all of my nosing around and curiosity about their work. They kept the site looking presentable throughout and cleaned up perfectly when finished. Right on budget and even finished early. These guys are awesome and saved my sanity at a very difficult time.
