Some shingles needed to be replaced after a windstorm blew them off. Jesse not only replaced the missing shingles, he diagnosed the problem and provided a report showing the issue that caused the problem in the first place. He suggested a fix to help prevent further wind damage in the future. I appreciate Jesse's attention to detail.
