Outstanding service from beginning to end
We moved from Newmarket to Belleville in early May, 2016 after 35 years in the same home. Having no idea which movers were best, and feeling extremely uneasy about making a bad choice, we asked our Realtor, our home stager, and a neighbour for their recommendations. Each said, "Perfect Moves" without hesitation. We contact Bill Smith, owner, and when he came to evaluate our situation, we understood the unanimously positive comments we'd received. Bill explained his approach, his hiring criteria, and the standards he demands from his team before quoting both a price for moving our possessions and a separate price for helping us finish packing. (I had suffered a significant injury and was having great difficulty performing my share of getting ready to move.) Once we enlisted his team's services, we were amazed at the positive, friendly, and totally competent approach of each and every one. Every item was packed and loaded with care, delivered as agreed to Belleville, and unloaded and distributed throughout our new home flawlessly. Bill attended both the loading and the unloading days, while his team proved they really didn't need supervision. They cheerfully worked non-stop and ensured each step was being completed to our complete satisfaction. Instead of the stressful, chaotic experience we had feared, Perfect Moves delivered a calming, supportive, and reassuring experience. To top it off, our final invoice was below the initial quote and we feel that we made new friends in the process.
