Last January 2021 I purchased a Daikin furnace and got a water tank from JPS Furnace and air conditioning worth $7,665. This is the biggest mistake I've ever made. February I have to call for service because the furnace is not working, the tech came In and said the filter is clogged ok it's just a month that you've installed it and already clogged? So he changes the filter and clears the code which is b0 blower motor, and I ask him to schedule me for duct cleaning by the way we don't have pets in the house and I always change the filter every 2 months as the tech told me to. Then in April same problem again code error b0,b3 blower motor the service manager told me that my house doesn't have enough return air so they add 2 return air. Then here comes summer so I don't use the heater. So Sept 26, 2021, I replaced the furnace filter to prepare for winter. On Oct 23 at 2 AM my daughter is knocking our door and said that it's cold so I found out that our furnace is not working. So I phoned JPS Furnace and airconditioning for a service call and the tech came in at 2 PM and he said that code error b0,b3 blower motor and said that he doesn't have parts and he left a small portable heater and will come back Monday. So frustrated, stressful and mad because I have a 3-month-old baby and a 5-year-old daughter. So the tech came back Monday replaced the blower motor and after the repair, he said that everything is working fine and wanted to leave right away but the temp inside the house is still at 16 degrees Celsius. So I won't down and check the furnace blower motor shut down again and getting some error code b0,b3 same fault. So I ran outside and call him. He check it and said oh yeah error code again so the tech left me the portable heater and told me to wait until tomorrow because they will think of a game plan. So Tuesday, Oct 26 I can't get hold of the service manager they said he is busy I tried calling him 20X and still no answer. JPS Furnace and air conditioning just left us a broken furnace. Chad and Steve are both service managers sent me an email telling me that it's my house that has a problem and not the Furnace they blame the layout of my duct inside the house that is why there is a code error b0 and b3 which the blower motor is not working they said that there is a restriction of cold airflow in the system because of the layout of the duct in the house. I ask them are coming back to fix the furnace or just explain to me what to do? And no answer from them. So I called JDC Mechanic for help the tech came in around 3 PM he diagnose the problem and the cause of the blower motor quit working and those code errors b0, b3 where there is a restriction of cold airflow is the pleated filter. JPS Furnace gave a pleated filter that restricts the airflow going to the furnace. If JPS Furnace explained this to me there won't be a problem. JPS Furnace and airconditioning if you can't fix it that means you are in the wrong trade. My children suffer from 4 days of a cold night. We slept in one bedroom. Bad customer service I won't trust this company again and won't recommend them at all. Technicians and service managers are not well trained and do not know how to diagnose the problems.
