Joe of SNAP Pest Control was amazing! I called him on a Monday morning at 7am and he called back within the hour. We had a lone ranger of a raccoon get into our basement via the crawlspace. He had managed to get himself stuck in the rafters of the basement ceiling. Joe was by in the afternoon and after some poking and prodding, he got the large beast out, unharmed. He then boarded up the opening with some extra wood to close it up. He then provided some great advice and expertise of how to prevent things like this from happening again. Joe is part of a lost breed of professional, efficient, kind contractors who do honest, good work. He's gone away with another happy client. We had a raccoon who got into our unfinished basement through our crawl space under the house. Somehow it managed to wedge itself in the rafters of the basement. Joe then stuck around to take a look and boarded up the entryway to the crawlspace. The raccoon was unharmed and Joe went away with another happy customer.
