I did pay for a LG LED 3D TV on December 1st. I was told to pick it up on Dec. 13th. Once in the store, after 2 weeks, they just tell me that they are no able to provide the specific item they sold me, so I going to have to select a new TV from the store. The Electronics Manager was helpful enough to find the TV from a shipping being sent to another store and asked me to wait until Friday to confirm if the TV arrived to the store. Today is the following Monday and noooobody can tell me anything about the status of my purchase, I don't get phone calls returned and I am here wasting my time making calls and writing reviews in the internet to see if I can finally get what I did pay for.
