I saw an advertisement 100% leather sofaset. Went to store asked sales person about 100% leather he was not sure called the sales Manager, Shamaila she was not sure first checked and verified Sofa was 100% leather not bonded leather. Trusting the sales Consultant and Sales manager spent around 2800 on the leather Sofa set. He made the sales bill and agin to be on same page i made the sales person write 100 leather. Sofa got delivered yesterday. Friend of mine in this business verified it was mix of leather and bonded leather. Being breach of trust i tried calling store they put me on hold three times got disconnected. Last time talked with Debbie in customerservice she was so rude and told me we are having sales event and asked me to come in store. Today I went to store wainting for 30min for Shamaila I explained her. She did not have any ans and her explanation was there are many types of leathers and how i can prove it is not leather. when i told her she had no ans. I explained her I was sold something i didn't wanted. Breach of trust. gave wrong info about product to close a deal. I told her i wanted to return she said it was up to sore Manager Marco who was not present at that time. It was really a bad experience. I was really shocked from the sales team sales manager either lacking product knowledge, or they will be not truthful to close a deal. i will talk to manager tomorrow if not resolved will take it higher to get justification in this matter.
