They came when I bought my new house to do some initial furnace vent cleaning. They showed up on time, did the work described for a fair price. Originally they were hired only for duct cleaning but while they were here they offered chimney sweeping, dryer vent cleaning, and cleaning out the built in vacuum. The price was reasonable and the service delivered as described. We hired them again 2 weeks later to clean the carpets, and the service was just as prompt and effective. The only downside was that they did not have the right filters for my furnace so they could not replace them, and they neglected to mention this at the time. They did come back the next day after I called to ask about it, and they came and explained the issue. If I hadn't have checked I wouldn't have known though, and that bothered me considering how important filters are!

Prompt, friendly, competent service. Repairman was clean, courteous, and showed me how to fix the problem if it re-occurred. They came when promised and confirmed appointment with phone calls. They offered air miles to boot. Looking back it was rather expensive for what turned out to be a quick fix, but now that I know how to do it myself it is worth the money. I probably would have screwed it up had I attempted it myself. Overall I'd use them again and recommend them.
