After researching all the options for balcony flooring for our condo, we are incredibly happy to have chosen Balcony Pros. Sam of Safeway Flooring really came through for us. Another flooring company suddenly bailed on our job to take on a bigger order, but Sam stepped in with his quick, courteous and very helpful response, offering us terrific value for the flooring and installation. He gave us excellent service and his friendly, easy-going manner made him a pleasure to work with. His team installed lovely bedroom carpet at a great price for the downtown Toronto condo we are preparing for sale. We are so happy that we were able to hire someone so reliable, professional and honest and we would make Safeway Flooring our very first pick for any future projects.

Thanks to McPipe Plumbing, we just had wonderful service for our condo plumbing problems.  Ethan is extremely courteous and friendly and a terrific communicator who handled everything about replacing our toilet, our vessel sink faucet and the hot and cold valves.  He took care to explain our options and happily dealt with the full project, including our cranky concierge!  He arrived with the Toto toilet and new faucet and they both look amazing.  We will gladly have Ethan back to look after our second bathroom and we recommend him highly to anyone seeking a reliable, trustworthy, skilled professional who is super easy to deal with.

Project #1 (November 2021) ($3300): We are so happy we chose "Women Painting & Decorating" to restore our entire condo to "like new' condition. Raffie painted every surface--including the stucco ceilings--twice, after repairing any damage or wear and tear. She was wonderful to work with, offered incredible value and the results are just gorgeous. The pride and care she took shows in every inch of our "new" place. We highly recommend "Women Painting"--and we've already hired them for our next project in the new year. It was definitely a 5-Star experience for us! Project #2 (February 2022) ($6900): Raffie is the best! She did such a wonderful job on the condo we bought in the fall, that she was our only choice to paint the older condo we are now putting on the market. Women Painting removed the stucco ceiling, did all of the necessary repairs and then beautifully painted the ceiling, all the walls, doors, baseboards and trim. Everything looks so bright and spacious! It was a challenging job, but Raffie's attention to detail and excellent advice left us with a completely revived unit. We would absolutely recommend choosing this women-owned business--they are complete pros and so easy to deal with.

The Air Force men were very prompt and very pleasant to deal with. They were courteous and polite and very efficient and they even took the time to show me how to clean that odd dryer screen on the ceiling of my washer/dryer room, which was much appreciated. They professionally cleaned all the HVAC ducts, vents and the dryer vent in my condo. I would certainly hire them again!
