Vivek was incredibly professional, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable of this and all appliance service. Arrived in required time and was punctual. Situation was dire and an emergency as fridge was warming quickly. Vivek had parts next business day, was onsite at time discussed and repair completed quickly saving us from the episisode of replacing appliances. Highly reccomended and very reasonably priced. This is my go to Appliance Service Company going forward.
