Currently working on a basement Reno project and Mapleleaf electric was the contractor I chose for my electrical work. Out of all my quotes the price seemed really reasonable and they looked very committed to get the job as well. They brought all the necessary equipment and had wired everything up. They also passed the cat5 Internet wires and cable wires before drywall came on. They completed all that needed to be done; and wasn't charged extra for anything. Very happy with service and will definately recommend them to all homeowners looking for an electrician.

416-so-clean did the carpet cleaning job at my house. They were punctual, reliable and were not to pricey with their services. They had brought in all their equipment the first time including all needed vacuum heads, and machinery and were able to cap off the job in a day. Very happy, definitely recommend them to all homeowners.

The services from mr.rooter were great. They were at my place in time and were able to deliver quickly and effieciently while at the same time maintaining their quality of work. I definitely don't hesitate recommend them. Great Work!

Recent storms have effected my fence and have increased damage over the years. And now the inner part has completely fell and my neighbors dog made his way into our backyard like a prince. We called t. Fence and got a quote for this problem, and they were able to assist me wonderfully. After moving into our new house new issues started to encounter with our appliances and that's why we called in the appliance guy. Their staff were very courteous an kind, and we're able to lead me to the solution to my problem. Their integrity, workmanship, and knowledge was one of the greatest experiences I've had with a contractor.Khurram from Coso was always available for questions, and the crew included a journeyman/assisstant which we were pleased to meet as well. It has been a few days and my only regret is not having gone with Cosmopolitan Mechanical Serv. earlier.I'm pretty faithful to my system of having one of the top five HomeStars contractors bid on all my projects but any future heating and cooling needs will go straight to Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services.
