On Oct 14, 2021, after my review been published, RAY called me at 10.25pm and left a voice mail with rudeness, shouting and bullied me with very very offensive languages several times that are not writeable. Now I realized, he can't tolerate negative review. It's really disappointing and disrespectful that an owner of a company calls a customer at 10.25pm and verbally harasses with shouting voice and with offensive languages for a negative review. He proved himself again. He replied my review only about resolutions of cameras and ignored other issues I had mentioned in my review which proves his rudeness. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Be careful about RAY . Make sure he provides you the exact products you paid for. I paid him for 5mp Hikvision Cameras (his package#3); but he installed me 4mp cameras (resolution ranging 2-5mp). In that case, I would accept the package for 2mp cameras. If possible give him money after work is done. Before paying first payment before installation, he will give you appointment next day. After you pay him first payment, he starts playing. He shows crazy busy just incase you have to reschedule for weather condition. He always notice you his review rating; never trust his review rating. His review does not reflect his work. Even he does not know where to install cameras. He installed one of my camera in a place where I can just see the heads of the people getting into my house and backs of the people heading to my car; however I had shown him to place that camera in a right place which he ignored and installed what he thought. Then I requested him to place that camera to the place I had shown. It took 11 days for him to fix the problem. During your need, he starts playing, he gets busy; but before first payment you will get appointment just next day. After installing cameras, he did not set up DVR for me; it was on continuous saving mode. It occupied more than 50% of the space before I noticed it as I do not know about the DVR. It was his responsibility to set up DVR for me. One day I see, no videos were getting saved. While I was asking him to set up DVR for me, she starts playing again saying he is crazy busy. He was saying his tech office is closed on Saturday and Sunday; but during installation of cameras, he told me that tech office is open on Saturday and Sunday until 3pm. I needed to fix the problem because my house and car will be insecured if videos are not being saved which I told him as well. He did not care. Totally unprofessional attitude. Then I have to call another technician and fix the issue. He always twist his statements which is really frustrating. Also he wants review before work done. I will never recommend anybody to him.

I had sent you the spec sheets WITH THE MODEL NUMBERS and asked you to match the model numbers of the DVR and the cameras model numbers labelled
you failed to do this yet continue attacking me with baseless accusations and complete lack of any factual information
please look at the model numbers of the equipment. I have installed and look up the spec sheets I have emailed you 4 times,

if any customer is uncomfortable with a deposit they do have the option to discuss prior starting the project

Furthermore , it was also clearly discussed that if there is any inclement weather you would be notified in advance in case of any changes to your appointment
YOU WERE NOTIFIED several conversations laterseveral phone calls and messages remained unanswered regarding the 5MP DVR and CAMERAS
as explained and supported with the model numbers and the spec sheets the DVR has a range from 4MP into 5MP
You were emailed and shown how to change that RESOLUTION
You dud not respond nor did you want to change the resolutionPlease take a look at the spec sheets, model numbers and the same model numbers labeled on every piece of equipment installed
I am truly sorry you cannot understand such a simple request
this would have helped you understand the products I told you about BEFORE accepting your order and installing them for you
