We just finished a whole house renovation and used AFJ for disposal (around 150 cu yds total for the project). Andre and the drivers were really easy to work with. He responded within minutes and the dumpster pickup/dropoff was on time as promised. The prices were definitely competitive and they were flexible letting us keep the bin for longer periods during slow parts of the job. I would work with them again and recommend.

We had James Hardie siding and aluminum work with leaf guards installed. Gabe and team were great. They were on time, reasonable price, excellent quality. They even made recommendations that improved over our original design. That's what you want, right? They worked well with the other builders on site, including the metal roofing company. A builder who was working in the neighbourhood even came by and commented on the quality of work and wanted to hire them. That's a good sign. Overall, a great experience!

I have already recommended this company to two neighbours. I'm 100% satisfied with the level of service, quality and punctuality of the work. When I asked Kevin technical questions about some products/coatings, he answered them with full details and contacted the manufacturer for details he didn't have. It made the decision to work with him very easy. They were able to adapt to our specific needs. We chose a non-standard colour, and they were able to order it from the supplier early since we gave them enough notice. We want to add solar panels in the future, so they reinforced the roof strapping and provided a detailed layout of the strapping so we can add solar modules later. The roofers worked well with our other builders on the job site. Even if the roof "only" lasts for the warranty period, the higher expense is still good value for money.
