In October 2020 this company installed a new metal roof and siding. In May 2021 we noticed big dents in the siding. We contacted the company numerous times, they made excuses but never fixed it. We hired a paralegal and sent a notice of intent to litigate. The company did not reply to this letter. We are now having to resort to litigation. We did not deserve this poor treatment from this company, no one does. Shame on them for not honouring their warranties.
