James in Saint Thomas

I spent 25 minutes at this store last week trying to return an unopened jigsaw that was bought online from HD. Nobody could figure out how to make a return for an item bought online from their website. The whole purpose of buying online was for convenience, but I ended up leaving with the jigsaw and no answer as to how I could return it. For background, I was billed for and sent TWO identical jigsaws because the online ordering said that my first attempt to purchase didn't go through and to "try again". Nobody seemed interested in following up this aspect of the transaction either...
