Many years ago we hired Jerry's Concrete to do our driveway and patio. Their work was excellent, and Jerry did a very creative job in designing the patio. This year we had a problem. The step leading from the patio to our back door had pulled away from the foundation of the house, probably because of the dry weather. There was a gap in the concrete that was exploited by wasps to create a nest. Once we got rid of the wasps, I called Jerry's Concrete to find out what kind of material I should use to close the gap so that the wasp problem did not repeat itself. I talked to Jerry himself, and was very pleasantly surprised when he undertook to send someone over to seal the gap at no charge. The person showed up as promised and did the job. This work was way past any reasonable warranty period, and we really appreciated the continuing commitment that Jerry's Concrete showed to its customers.
