Make sure to know the exact price for the your things. For each and individual item they charge doesn’t matter the size of it. They will charge you and it will be written in fine prints and they will expect you to know this. Make sure you give them complete list of items need to move say for e.g. 10 small box, 15 medium box, large 15 box, bags, microwave, 2 matteress, 1 tV, etc all the details. Because apparently if you have very small and lose items that you can fit in medium box but if you haven’t because you don’t know there is price for each item they move you’ll be charged and you will come to know this after they pick up!!! So please make sure you have complete list and ask for complete price with taxes when you book and make sure to ask same question when they load all these items in the truck and before they are gone. The only reason I am giving 1 start is because I was charged $1500 extra for junk that I would have thrown out otherwise but they picked up all in trailer that they have hauled behind truck and they didn’t tell me at the time of pick up that all small item or even tiny box have a price of its own to move. Very unfortunate thing, how do you come up with extra $1500 when you’re already stressed out in moving and have budget set. If we had known when they were loading this in truck we would have thrown out everything that’s unethical and apparently you are suppose to read all the fine lines in contract because it will tell you this. That they charge by each item!! And price for each item won’t be written in contract. So please make sure to ask all these questions when booking Hope this helps.
