Our 1955 bungalow needed a bathroom redesign which involved changes to the main drain configuration in the basement, installing a new tub, and putting in new tub, toilet and vanity supply lines. Sandor was able to complete the job quickly and efficiently while giving me a few tips on finishing the project. Very happy with the entire transaction.

We wanted to enlarge our living room and expand our tiny master bedroom in our 1955 bungalow on a budget, but needed experienced help to frame and tie in to the old structure. We hired Terriza Homes Ltd. in June, 2014 to do a 400 s.f. addition to our older, smallish bungalow. Terry & Mark are professionals who were happy to share their expertise. We had drawings, but they were able to suggest a few modifications during the build which have created an attractive and functional space. There are always a few nasty surprises in joining the new space to an existing space, and they showed terrific flexibility in solving the problems. They worked all day, most days until the job was finished. They advised us of the days they weren't going to be there, and our project was on time and on budget. We had high expectations for this reno, and it is actually everything we hoped for. We have recommended Terrizza Homes to many others for their projects.

Todd at Amsteam showed up right on time. He did a great job, and was able to remove some nasty old stains I thought would not come out of the carpet. The price was as stated when I booked the service. I have used Amsteam before and their service is excellent. Great job, Todd - my carpet looks brand new again!

We have used Marc and his reno company on 4 occassions. He and his crews don't take short cuts and the work is always top-notch. We have had other contractors comment on the excellent quality of the work done on our house. The quotes are not always the lowest, but the outcome is worth it

Rob's crew was friendly, prompt and tidy. The work was done professionally and passed inspection on the first go. The follow-up was an additional nice touch. I will certainly use them again on my next reno.
