We recently contacted Easy Access Garage Doors for a service appointment for our garage door. This was shortly after another garage door repair company could not diagnose the problem correctly, and in fact made the door worse, and then charged for their service call. With the help from Homestars reviews, we decided to call Chris. From the get-go, the experience was a very good one. With giving Chris a brief description of our garage door issue, he offered two possible solutions based on what we described to him. Of course he had to come and have a look to confirm his suspicions. He gave us an appointment for the next day (and actually was able to come the same day after a cancellation) and was very clear on what the charge would be, which was very reasonable. When Chris and Andrew arrived at our home, it was very evident how friendly, professional and knowledgeable they are and they were able to diagnose and repair the problem. In addition, Chris lubricated the necessary parts of the door and opener and educated us on the best lubricants to purchase moving forward. My husband and I are thrilled that our garage door was repaired properly this time and it has never sounded better! We will only use Easy Access Garage Doors in the future and are very grateful for Chris and Andrews service on a holiday long weekend. That is what we call impeccable customer service! We have always counted on Aire Max in the past for any furnace or air conditioning issues. Yesterday being the hottest day we have experienced this season, our AC was struggling to keep up. We never hesitate to contact Max. Without any delay, he responded and gave us an estimated time of arrival. He also contacted us to let us know when he was on his way. It is so nice to know that you can rely on Max when you require his services. Once he arrived, he diagnosed and repaired the problem and within a very short time, our house was cool again. He is honest, knowledgeable and reliable. These are traits that are hard to come by these days when looking for servicemen. We had a wonderful experience when Max serviced our old furnace in an emergency a few years ago. He arrived the same day we called him and diagnosed and fixed the problem. We were thrilled! Last week, our furnace died and without hesitation, we called Max and arranged the purchase and installation of a Carrier Infinity furnace. Max is honest, knowledgeable, and his prices are competitive and fair. We were so pleased when the installation was done the same day we called. Now that is customer service… Especially one week before Christmas! Meisam and Max were timely and professional. They covered our hardwood floors and were extremely careful in their work.
