We ordered a very expensive lift and slide door and some windows for a major renovation project back in March 2020. They were installed in June 2020 and immediately had issues with the door. Its been over a year of trying to get this resolved and all we get are one delay after another. Customer service is non-existent with this company. Not sure they know what the term "Customer Service" even means. Would not recommend them to my clients ever again.
