After my Craftsman garage door opener broke I bought a Chamberlain from a retailer who also installs. Because my steel sectional garage door was damaged ( frame was bent in many places, rollers had popped out, cables from the spring were loose etc.) I had to hire a garage door repairer. After talking to several "self-advertised" #1 garage door repair companies I contacted HomeStars who had several companies including Comfort Garage& Doors provide me with estimates. I hired Comfort because their estimate for the removal of the old opener & the installation of the new one beat out the other companies I had talk to and met the estimate given by the retailer. Also their estimate for the repairs to the Garage Door appeared reasonable. After 3 hours Sof and Ramil who helped him for the last 30 minutes,as my garage door is larger than normal, completed the jobs. As other reviewers pointed out I also found Sof to be polite, knowledgeable and enjoyed his work. I would also hire Comfort again.
