Selected Joel Daniel's based largely on the great recommendations here on Home Stars. Once i agreed to the quote, I was told by the sales rep that the installers would be out in a couple of weeks and would call ahead before coming out. I heard nothing for over a month and they showed up one day without any advance call, so I had to rush back at lunch from work to go over the installation details. I found the installers to be messy (left screws, bits of metal and cigarette butts on the lawn, etc) and the eavestroughs drip in a number of spots between the trough and the flashing. I called the rep and was promised someone would come out to look, but never heard back again. The troughs look very good and the price was right, but i was a bit underwhelmed with the customer service after seeing all the great reviews here.
