Warning. Don't take a chance on Anthony or Details Home Improve.
Anthony forces advance payment with threats of not returning to the job unless you pay in advance. He demanded 90% payment before the job was even 50% complete and none of this was agreed to in advance. Next time I’ll pay a bit more and get a person with morals. This was my worst construction experience in 40 years. Now repairs that were needed before the glass was installed he is refusing to fix. I'll have to hire someone else to complete.

Franklin thank you for your review. I wish I could say your honest review but that wouldn't be truthful. What we have here is a simple issue with client wanting work completed for free, contractor does not work for free and client decides to write a bad review lying about his experience. I am not about to get into a war of words so any clients looking to see what I am all about can read the other reviews which are posted here that are truthful. It is a Shame that people like this have an option to blatantly lie on forms like this. As mentioned to him and his partner any warranty work is covered but items that are not included in the contract will not be completed at no charge.
