We have had to call them twice for service, both time they arrived promptly and fixed our dishwasher. We do not like the Samsung dishwasher we bought but the service people were good.

Very slow. Took a long time for them to come. They ended up coming two times since they did not fix it properly the first time. But, once they did fix it, it worked well.
