We hired Goodfella's Plastering to add an interior wall for our porch addition. They had 2-3 guys working off and on for two days. They didn't seem to be working very quickly, but they got the job done surprisingly quickly, and didn't come up with any costly obstacles or any other problems we've had with similar contracting work. The drywall work itself looks very professionally done, at least as good as the other walls in our old house. I also appreciate that they didn't make a very big mess. Recommended overall.

We've hired Stan a few times over the past two years and have been pretty satisfied. Our biggest job was doing a thorough pressure cleaning of our wooden front porch, which was looking quite worn. He works quickly, and is easy to get along with, and honest (hard to find these days).

We were doing some electrical updates in our guest house. JML came out quickly, performed the job in one afternoon, and charged very reasonable rates for time and materials. Very happy overall, and I've recommended them to friends.

I needed some pipes in our home fixed, as we had noticed there were leaks in the basement. We didn't want to have any water damage, so we were in a hurry to hire someone to fix it. Unfortunately, Winters was the only place in the area who could have a guy come out that day, and they charged us almost $1000 plus travel expenses, etc. Very pricey.

We hired a guy to come out and appraise our house, because we are thinking about selling it. Their quote for an appraisal was reasonably low, so we expected. However, the appraiser didn't seem very knowledgeable about the area housing market.
