We visited the store and spoke with Maria. Maria helped us select blinds according to our specifications and budget. Her customer service skills were excellent. At a time of our convenience, George came out and measured the area to be covered. Three weeks later, came and installed the blinds. Everything worked out as promised.

This is the second time I used Delroy to solve a problem with my fridge. On the first occasion, he fixed the problem within a few hours. On this occasion, I contacted him on a holiday weekend and he came a day later. This wasn't a problem because it wasn't an emergency. Delroy fixed the problem (moisture build-up in the freezer section). The cost seemed very reasonable.

I have no idea why anyone would choose anyone else! I received a reply to my request within an hour and Tom arrived on time, at our scheduled appointment. I asked him to re-key the front door to my condo unit and supply me with a new, better quality lock for my patio door. Tom gave me useful advice to solve my security problem. The price seemed very reasonable.
