Sam and his team spent one week to completely refurbish my basement. From fixing a leakage on the wall, to installing new dry wall, to painting, to custom-making a wall unit, to voluntarily taking the whole toilet unit out so as to find out the cause for the wet floor in the bathroom, Sam is entirely reliable and for sure knows his job well. Even after the job is done, sometimes he just dropped by to touch up the paints here and there free of charge.

It was a hot day in mid June. My house was close to 30 degrees as I had been waiting for over a week for a new compressor for my air conditioner to arrive. Naito and his assistant spent close to 3 hours in a cramped corner in the laundry room in the basement, laying almost flat on the ground most of the time, to carefully re-wire and install the new compressor. They checked every connection and fuse. After that, Naito also changed the pipes and valve that lead water to cool off the air conditioner as he said this will help the cooling to be more efficient and effective. I was totally satisfied with Naito and his professionalism when working under such tough conditions but still maintaining quality and attention to detail, I have already referred Naito to two of my friends.
