Wood shakes replaced with rubber roof. Love the product and was super positive about installation. Several years later the cause of a bird infestation was discovered. Wood shakes are higher than flat roof so gaps/ openings in soffits need to be addressed at installation. They were not! This company could not care less . A second roofing company repaired the negligent work for 800. , giving me a discount because they felt bad about what happened. MAKE sure they close those gaps to avoid this issue. Don’t expect that great service after you pay bill.
